XÀBIA PUTS AC AND HOT WATER INSTALLATION MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS OUT TO TENDER
The contract will have a duration of 2 years and another an option to extend for two further years.
Xàbia Council has started the public tender process for the contract for the maintenance of the air conditioning and domestic hot water installations of municipal building and offices in the municipality.
The contract is for two years with an option to extend for a further two years with a maximum annual budget of 73,757.97 euros, broken down into 45,957 euros in the preventative maintenance of the installations and fixed amount of 15,000 euros for corrective maintenance actions that may arise due to unforeseen breakdowns or repairs that are not included in the contract specifications.
