CANCELLED Oktoberfest celebration in Placeta del Convent
The festival will take place over the long weekend Friday 1st November to Sunday 3rd November with plenty of live music.
Due to the tragedy that has affected many in the Comunitat Valenciana this week due to the most intense Mediterranean storm for a century, the forthcoming Oktoberfest Xàbia has been CANCELLED.
The Placeta del Convent in Xàbia will be the setting for the Oktober Xàbia Fest, a celebration full of tradition, flavour and a good atmosphere. Thanks to the collaboration of the Xàbia Council and the Xàbia Històrica trade association with Bar El Convent, Bar El Bancalet and Restaurante Olivo y Laurel, this event promises to mix the essence of this famous German festival with a local touch.
Taking place over the first weekend of November, the Xàbia Oktober Fest will offer a complete experience for lovers of beer, good food and live music. With a variety of beers, sausages, pretzels and other typical delicacies, the festival will not only offer a gastronomic feast, but also a lively atmosphere with live music. Artists performing include the group Toxic – who will perform on Friday 1st November at 10.00pm – as well as Capital 90, La Tregua, Renegades, Montgó Music, La Mocha, Sara Gee and Ramblin’ Matt and Batucam Xàbia.
The event will take place from 12.00noon until late on Friday 1st November, Saturday 2nd November and Sunday 3rd November in the Placeta del Convent.
