The last weekend in July offers a packed agenda of things to do in Xàbia, including late night shopping in the historic centre, the annual living chess show in the port, and the musical exchange show in the riurau in Parque Montaner as well as plenty of live music and entertainment options.

SUMMER NIGHT Xàbia Històrica · 7.00pm to late · Xàbia Històrica
The return of the popular late night shopping with live music and fun activities for all the family as well as some fabulous food and drink from the many bars and restaurants. There will be live music in Placeta del Convent, Carrer Major, Plaza de la Iglesia and Plaza Marina Alta (Correos).

An amazing family village every night during the summer, offering fun and games for all the family, a market, food and drink, and live music.
Admission: 5 euros

FERIA DE ARTESANÍA Craft Fair · 7.30pm to late · Paseo Joaquin Sorolla, Duanes de la Mar
Every night during the summer along the port promenade, talented artisans will be offering their hand-crafted goods to buy and some of them can even create personalised items while you wait.

ESCACS VIVENTS Living Chess · 10.30pm · Avenida Lepanto, Duanes de la Mar
The only Fiesta of National Tourist Interest in Xàbia, the annual Living Chess show features local school children playing out a classic chess game as the pieces themselves whilst also telling a story, in this case an adaption of the ‘Wizard of Oz’ to address mental health.
Admission: 1 euro donation.

The musicians of Xirimitab’s Colla de Docainas i Tabalets will join with those of Colla El Riberer Benissa to offer a special concert in the grounds of the riurau amongst the pine trees of the Parque Montaner, above the Plaza de le Constitución.
