THREE XÀBIA RESTAURANTS MAINTAIN THEIR PRESTIGIOUS STATUS IN 2024 REPSOL GUIDE
A total of 15 restaurants have been acknowledged in four categories in the prestigious tourist guide.
Three restaurants in Xàbia maintain theirRepsol Guide SOL status after the prestigious tourist guide released their 2024 distinctions. The ‘soles’ are the Spanish version of the Michelin stars which recognize the best restaurants in Spain and Portugal that are featured in the latest edition of the Repsol Guide.
The guide awards ‘soles’ based on three categories: 3 soles are awarded to those restaurants which have been considered the best of the year; 2 soles are awarded to those which guarantee excellent quality in cuisine and service; whilst 1 sol is awarded to those which the guide recognizes as offering high quality cuisine and sufficient variety.
In addition, the guide awards ‘soletes’ to those hospitality venues which are a different option to the he world of haute cuisine and tasting menus of the fine dining establishments, acknowledging the best cafés, pastry shops, bars, beach bars, ice cream parlours, etc.
