The restaurant of the second Montañar de Xàbia already has a terrace with views
The terrace takes up the majority of the construction at the moment.

The construction of a new restaurant on the Segon Muntanyar de Xàbia, between the Arenal and Cala Blanca, continues to advance. After a short break, the builders have resumed work on the plot of coastal land on Avenida Ultramar and have developed the terrace area with its spectactular views of the bay of Xàbia.
With an eye on the summer season, the space that will house this restaurant will cover the different phases of its construction. The small interior enclosure is surprising whilst there is a large terrace for service which borders the rocky area of the coast.
It should be remembered that the business has an opening license granted even before construction began, since the owner obtained it at the same time as the building license.
