UK-based property developers Taylor Wimpey is investing some 14.4 million euros in a new residential complex Essential, a project which began preparations a few weeks ago on a plot in Avenida Trenc d’Alba opposite the Viveros Chorro garden centre.
A statement from the company, which received the final license a few weeks ago, detailed that the residential complex will consist of 74 two and three bedroom apartments with open kitchen and living room. The “large terraces are integrated into the living room with great luminosity” and the communal areas “are are made of swimming pools and gardens, creating a beautiful environment where you can enjoy comfort and relaxation all year round.
The basic price is 175,000 euros plus IVA, and the director of sales and marketing of Taylor Wimpey Spain, Marc Pritchard, claimed that the Spanish coast “continues to be key for the purchase of a residential home in Spain. Both national and foreign clients continue to look for good locations, facing the sea, and with good road and airport connections”.
In addition, he claims that the prestige and experience of Taylor Wimpey Spain “is another of the key factors for customers”. The company’s apartments “are built to the highest quality standards and include designer brand accessories. Likewise, the promoter is a leader in preserving the environment and presents ecological characteristics in all its promotions”.
This will be the third development promoted by Taylor Wimpey in Xàbia, the first being in Calle Genova whilst the second is Arenal Dreams in the Arenal.
