Substitute David Buigues last minute goal secures third successive victory for Jávea

CD Jávea secured their third victory in a row to lift themselves back into the top half of the table, thanks to goals from Fran and substitute Buigues, scored either side of an own goal from Contestano’s Calafat.

Played in damp conditions, the match started strongly for Jávea with striker Rubén Ortolá, making his first start of the season, firing just wide in the opening minutes. It was the home side who had the next opportunity when Cabo’s fierce shot was well blocked by the keeper.
