REYES MAGOS 2022: The Emissaries invite you to their Royal Camp

The camp will be open on Tuesday evening from 4.00pm to 8.00pm.

In preparation for the arrival of their Majesties tomorrow evening, the Royal Emissaries have been visiting the town to meet with the people of Xàbia and collect those all-important letters addressed to Melchor, Gaspar and Baltazar.

And, this year, with the assistance of the Fogueres Commission and the Kings Commission, they have set up a special Royal Camp at the Riurau d’Arnauda amongst the tall trees of the Parque Montaner above the Plaza de la Constitución and have invited everyone to come and experience its magic.

In addition to the Emissaries who will meet the excited children and collect their letters, the camp also features a garden from which they grow their vegetables and members of their entourage engaged in their daily tasks, such as baking bread and looking after the animals such as donkeys, sheep and goats. And, of course, there will be a chance to see Mary and Joseph and their new-born baby Jesus, just hours before their Majesties arrive with their gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.

The Royal Camp will be open again this evening Tuesday 4th January from 4.00pm until 8.00pm.
