Building work on a residential block being constructed by Bertolín along the Primer Muntanyar, on a plot once occupied by Villa María, has reached its maximum elevation of two floors in record time, excavation work on the site having begun in February.
The block is completely built on the outside and constructors are now focussing on the different facilities that will be enjoyed by the 24 apartments into which building will be divided.
According to the developer’s website, each apartment will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with prices starting at 550,000 euros, although the Idealista real estate portal lists the price as 650,000 euros. However, a duplex apartment will set you back a whopping 1.1 million euros, a home that it is assumed will have wonderful views of the wide bay of Xàbia.
Several residents of the area have expressed their concerns about this residential complex to XAD, comparing the building to “lump” and expressing their regret that the local council had given permission for its construction.
Not far from this new block, two more developments are beginning to rise in Vía Augusta: Metrolineal and Corintia Residencial, the latter of which the developer claims that only one of the 12 available properties remain unsold. In addition, in Avenida dels Furs, a project in in its infancy that will surround the block of apartments in which Bar Rafa and Pequeños Genios educational toy store are located, a construction that will be managed by local company Morague Pons. Property prices will begin at 300,000 euros.
In Calle Genova, Ten Brinke is auctioning off its Marina Bay residential complex, which it built on land that it acquired from the local council and whose marketing has been entrusted to Olivares Consultores. The firm claim that they still have two apartments available.
The residential complex that Taylor Wimpey is building on Avenida Amanecer, as well as the one built by Olivares Consultores on the second line of the Arenal, the Edificio Rennes, also have their basic structures in place.
