Kate has a beautiful nomadic-style treatment room very close to the Arenal beach in Javea, whilst also offering at-home visits and events. Sometimes it’s essential to step away from the day-to-day and disconnect somewhere new, somewhere to relax and renew. Or indulging from the comfort of your own home. Kate also provides massages for groups, families, and holidays. Note that the in-home massages may incur a travel cost.

Kate teaches Vinyasa Yoga classes where students flow from posture to posture and the slower Yin Yoga which consists of a series of longer, passive floor poses.
