Nasio Cardona wins the Tres Tossals de Gata de Gorgos race
The veteran runner finished the 20k course in 1 hour 41 minutes and 41 seconds, almost 3 and a half minutes faster than the runner-up.

The Club Atletismo Llebeig runner, Nasio Cardona, remains unstoppable this season and won the Tres Tossals mountain race in Gata de Gorgos last weekend.
The 20 kilometre route has an ascent and descent difference of 750 metres and Cardona finished top with a time of 1h 41m 41s, with an average of 5m 5s per kilometre. Finishing second was Santi Valls (CXM Valencia) who crossed the finish line with a time of 1h 45m 08s, and third was Héctor Vengut from Entrena Benissa who stopped the clock at 1h 48m 29s. The first local athlete to finish was Alvan Salva from Grup Espeologic Gatense, who recorded a time of 1h 51m 15s.
A total of 149 runners participated in this seventh edition of the event whichoffers a route crossing Tossal de Moro (389m) and Serrellars (432m) to the south of Gata de Gorgos.
