Nasio Cardona second in his category in Spanish Trail Running Championship
Cardona completed the course in 1:09:11, less than a minute behind Ricardo Lanza who was the winner in the Master 45 category.

The Club Atletismo Llebeig runner, Ignacio ‘Nasio’ Cardona managed to climb to the second step of the podium in the Spanish Trail Running Championship held in Liencres, Cantabria.
Cardona completed the course in 1:09:11, less than a minute behind Ricardo Lanza who was the winner in the Master 45 category.
In this championship, Ana González also participated, who was the 14th best in Spain in the sub20 category with a time of 1:02:49.
