Fogueres Xàbia 2025: Preparations start with the first meeting of the Quintà 2025
Registration will be open for the Children’s Court, Junior Commission and candidates for Children’s Queen.
Preparations for the 2025 edition of the Fogueres de Sant Joan Xàbia, arguably the biggest party of the year, have already started with the first formative meeting of Quintà 2025 and the opening of the registration period for the younger children to participate.
Next Monday 26th August at 8.00pm, the young people who will be forming the 2025 Quintà, the main protagonists, will be meeting with the Fogueres Commission and the councillor responsible for Fiestas, Mavi Pons (CPJ), in the Sala Polivalente in Portal del Clot.
In addition, the dates for registration of the younger children in the Children’s Court and the Junior Commission, the future of the fiesta, have been confirmed as Wednesday 4th September and Monday 9th September between 6.00pm and 8.00pm at the Casal Foguerer in Plaza de la Constitución.
The registration eligibility details are:
- Children’s Court (“Corte Infantil”): boys and girls born between 2014 and 2019.
- Junior Commission (“Comisión Juvenil”): boys and girls born between 2008 and 2013.
- Candidates for Children’s Queen (“Reina Infantil”): girls born in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
If it is known who would be partners during the processions and parades, this should be made clear at the time of registration.
