La Colla Xirimitab’s de Xàbia has prepared a very special show for this Friday with which they commemorate their tenth anniversary and, at the same time, pay tribute to the craft fair that has been held in the historic centre of the municipality for forty years and will be inaugurated the same day.
The performance, scheduled for 12.30pm in the church square, will perform the musical “Dolça Fira” by Francesc Valor Llorens and will have a story written for the occasion by Pepa Guardiola as its guiding thread.
“La Joia Més Preuada” will offer the public a journey through both the Mediterranean and through time, passing through the historic ports, through the origins of commerce and crafts until reaching modern-day Xàbia and its fair.
The show will also feature the collaboration of actors and actresses from the Garum Teatro group and will be directed by the group’s chief conductor, Josep Alemany.
