What is ‘Exquisit Mediterrani’?

According to the website, the “Comunitat Valenciana – L’Exquisit Mediterrani” brand is the central element that represents the values of the region’s gastronomy of excellence: the most exquisite of the Mediterranean. The promotional messages and actions of tourist experiences linked to Valencian gastronomy, with parameters of quality and authenticity, pivot on it.

The Comunidad Valenciana has a gastronomic culture of great value, internationally-renowned recipes such as rice dishes or paella, diverse and high-quality agri-food products, a consolidated catering sector and, in recent years, a significant number of chefs, leaders of a gastronomic movement to which they bring creativity and excellence: 28 Michelin stars and 45 restaurants with Repsol soles.
