Regional beach handball league come to Xàbia this weekend
Twenty-six teams from across the Comunidad Valenciana will be competing on the sand of the Arenal.

The sandy beach of the Arenal will be hosting the second round of the Valencian Beach Handball League this Sunday 6th June, a competition that has been hosted by the municipality for five years.
Starting at 9.30am, a total of 26 teams in several categories will be participating in games, the event having been organized with all the requirement health and safety measures for COVID-19 in place throughout the day.
In addition, at the end of the competition, the regional youth men’s and women’s teams will take the opportunity to carry our a training session for the next Spanish Championships.
Councillor Alberto Tur (Sports) thanked the Federation for always keeping Xàbia in mind when scheduling its competitions, constituting a support and boost for the promotion of handball in the municipality.
