Last weekend Xàbia was filled with rock music fans, who enjoyed the two days of Montgorock, a festival that celebrated its ninth edition without any type of restriction due to health regulations.

From the first hour of the afternoon on Friday, the fans began to arrive at the concert venue and Lolita Cromañón opened the show, so that little by little, the atmosphere warmed up, reaching its maximum with headliner Quique González. On Saturday the headliners were Los Zigarros.

Music, dance, rhythms and desire to enjoy with absolute freedom reached every corner of the festival, with a single stage this year (in 2019 the last normal edition there were two) and with a maximum of 7,000 people.

In a publication on its networks, the organization wanted to thank everyone:

THANK YOU for believing in music, for believing in rock and for being part of the #Montgorock family.

THANK YOU to all the artists for being part of this edition and for making us enjoy each of the concerts like children.

THANK YOU to all the #Montgorockers for your attendance and to civil protection, police and civil guard for ensuring our safety.

THANKS to the Xàbia Council for all the support received in each edition and for betting on us. These two days have been amazing! The venue was packed and you have left our hearts full of special moments.

See you next year with more Rock&Roll!

For many years, you’ve told us how much you love what we’re doing and some of you have even asked for ways to say thanks. For us, there really is nothing easier to show someone how much you appreciate their efforts than buying them a beer (or a wine; or even a coffee) – it’s so simple.
