The church of Sant Bertomeu de Xàbia will host a unique musical proposal this Sunday evening when Il Dolce Incontro will be performing, a group formed by great musicians specialized in historical music and in the interpretation with instruments of 17th and 18th centuries.
Among its members are mezzo-soprano Francesca Sales as well as soprano Rafa Quirant as well as violinist Victor Yusà and Anna Pitarch on cello. In their performance in Xàbia, scheduled for 5 pm, they will offer the programme “Sacred Sounds” with works by Antonio Vivaldi, Antonio Caldara and Alessandro Scarlatti.
