Xàbia Handbol Club junior side proclaimed champions of Spain
The junior side finished top in their category in the Arena Handball Tour

The female cadet junior team of Club Handbol Xàbia has been proclaimed champions of Spain in the Arena Handball Tour that played its last round of games in Valencia last weekend.
The Playa de la Malvarrosa was the venue of the finals of the circuit, which began in Orihuela and has toured much of the country, including Nazaré, Gijón and Almería.
It was a good championship by the team from Xàbia who competed well in the partial competitions to claim the title of champions. They finished the tour with 8,100 points, well ahead of CBMP Cuidad de Malaga in second place with 7,400 points and Balonmano Playa Roquetas, also from Andalusia, who finished with 7.000 points.
In addition, the female juvenil team finished third in their category, behind champions Balonmano Playa Sevilla and CBMP Ciudad de Malaga.
